Chris Burnett, 31, has been transferred to K-9 deputy. Burnett, a resident of Leesville, previously served as a field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in February 2015.
John Gietz, 38, has been promoted to investigator. Gietz, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in February 2013.
Roy Hall, 32, has been promoted to criminal investigator. Hall, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a K9 deputy. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in December 2007.
Richard Humphrey, 58, has been promoted to work the Sex Offender Registry Database part-time. Humphrey, a resident of Ridge Spring, previously served as a bailiff. He was hired in March 2016.
Bryan Kirkham, 44, has been transferred to school resource officer. Kirkham, a resident of Pelion, previously served as field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in January 2012.
Jesse Laintz, 37, has been promoted to lieutenant assistant region commander in the north region, which is based near Chapin. Laintz, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a criminal investigations sergeant. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in March 2006.
Marty Longshore, 41, has been promoted to school resource officer. Longshore, a resident of Lexington, previously worked the Sex Offender Registry Database. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in September 2001.
Marlo McCann, 46, has been promoted to sergeant in criminal investigations. McCann, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a criminal investigator. She was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in December 2005.
Jeffrey Miller, 34, has been promoted to criminal investigator. Miller, a resident of Batesburg-Leesville, previously served as resident deputy. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in June 2013.
Shaun Platt, 27, has been promoted to master deputy in patrol. Platt, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in November 2012.
Aaron Spaulding, 41, has been promoted to code enforcement officer. Spaulding, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a deputy in the west region, which is based near Gilbert. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in October 2014.
Ben Treaster, 29, has been promoted to patrol sergeant. Treaster, a resident of Gaston, previously served as a master deputy. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in June 2010.
James Westbury, 29, has been promoted to master deputy in patrol. Westbury, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in August 2014.
Darren Wiseman, 39, has been transferred to sergeant in investigations. Wiseman, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol sergeant. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in September 2011.
