Raymond Barrett, 30, has been promoted to resident deputy in West Columbia. Barrett, a resident of West Columbia, previously served as a school resource officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in February 2010.
Michael Gamble, 24, has been promoted to records technician. Gamble, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a part-time employee of the Sex Offender Registry Database. He was hired in September 2015.
Tom Hodges, 38, has been promoted to sergeant. Hodges, a resident of West Columbia, previously served as an investigator. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in October 2008.
Larry Keyes, 51, has been promoted to sergeant in the Lexington County Detention Center. Keyes, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a correctional officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in July 2009.
Robbie Lint, 45, has been promoted to lieutenant. Lint, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a sergeant in major crimes. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in May 2003.
Marty Longshore, 40, has been transferred to compliance clerk of the Sex Offender Registry Database. Longshore, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a resident deputy. He was hired in September 2001.
Michael Medlin, 24, has been promoted to school resource officer at White Knoll Middle School. Medlin, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a deputy in the west region, which is based near Gilbert. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in May 2014.
Miles Rawl, 36, has been promoted to sergeant in major crimes. Rawl, a resident of Lexington, previously served as an investigator. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in April 2007.
Dan Rusinyak, 32, has been promoted to sergeant of recruiting. Rusinyak, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a resident deputy. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in September 2007.
Kevin Steele, 37, has been transferred to resident deputy in Irmo. Steele, a resident of Chapin, previously served as a field training officer. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in March 2008.
Sharon Washington, 55, has been promoted to master correctional officer in the Lexington County Detention Center. Washington, a resident of Lugoff, previously served as a field training officer. She was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in January 2006.
