LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers, including an appointment to his command staff.
Leslie Adair has been promoted to human resources administrator. Adair, a resident of Leesville, previously served as human resources manager. She was hired in March 2014.
Raymond Barrett has transferred to resident deputy. Barrett, a resident of West Columbia, previously served as a school resource officer. He was hired in February 2010.
Eboni Brown has been promoted to school resource officer. Brown, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a patrol deputy. She was hired in October 2019.
Tammy Chandler has been promoted to human resources manager. Chandler, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a human resources project coordinator. She was hired in April 2013.
Andrew Chaves has been promoted to school resource officer. Chaves, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in September 2019.
William Cleveland has transferred to traffic deputy. Cleveland, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a school resource officer. He was hired in May 2018.
Doug Edmonson has been promoted to sergeant in patrol. Edmondson, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a narcotics investigator. He was hired in October 2007.
RaQway Ellis has been promoted to school resource officer. Ellis, a resident of West Columbia, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in September 2019.
Corey Hallman has transferred to resident deputy. Hallman, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a school resource officer. He was hired in February 2018.
Willie Harris has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. Harris, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in November 2017.
Brian Hinz has been promoted to sergeant of the traffic unit. Hinz, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a K-9 handler. He was hired in August 2001.
Brandon Kinder has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. Kinder, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in August 2018.
Bradley Hughes has been promoted to crime scene investigator. Hughes, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in August 2016.
Nyisha King-Rodriguez has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. King-Rodriguez, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. She was hired in July 2017.
Monsurat Lawal-Agoro has been promoted to master correctional officer. Lawal-Agoro, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a correctional officer. She was hired in October 2017.
Jeramie Mackinson has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. Mackinson, a resident of Newberry County, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in December 2018.
Brannon Marthers has transferred to an investigator position within the intelligence unit. Marthers, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a major crimes investigator. He was hired in August 2008.
Mark Moore has transferred to resident deputy. Moore, a resident of Columbia, previously served as a school resource officer. He was hired in November 2016.
Damon Prater has been promoted to investigator. Prater, a resident of resident of Lexington, previously served as a resident deputy. He was hired in October 2014.
John Reed has been promoted to investigator. Reed, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a school resource officer. He was hired in August 2007.
Robert Rosensteel has been promoted to investigator. Rosensteel, a resident of West Columbia, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in December 2017.
Stefan Sharpe has been promoted to master deputy in patrol. Sharpe, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in February 2015.
Candi Shealy transferred to K-9 handler. Shealy, a resident of Lexington, previously served on the Community Action Team. She was hired in August 2014.
Howard Smith has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. Smith, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in June 2016.
Jason Stoner has been promoted to lieutenant of special operations. Stoner, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a sergeant in the department’s traffic unit. He was hired in January 2002.
Aiken Still has been promoted to master deputy in patrol. Still, a resident of Lexington, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was appointed to serve as a deputy sheriff in April 2017.
Christopher Swygert has been promoted to field training officer in patrol. Swygert, a resident of St. Matthews, previously served as a patrol deputy. He was hired in November 2017.
Steven Yancey has been promoted to investigator. Yancey, a resident of Lexington, previously served a patrol deputy. He was hired in March 2017.
Ronnie Youmans has been promoted to project coordinator in human resources. Youmans, a resident of Leesville, previously served as a human resources specialist. He was hired in August 2009.
