LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.
Robert Bennion has been promoted to master deputy in County of Lexington Administration Building Security. Bennion previously worked as judicial services deputy. He has been serving the county since 2021.
Tony Biviano has been promoted to technology manager. Biviano previously worked as information services manager. He has been serving the county since 2018.
Jonathan Brock has transferred to lieutenant in Narcotics. Brock previously worked as lieutenant in West Region. He has been serving the county since 2012.
John Donnelly has been promoted to forensic technology examiner in Crime Scene Investigation. Donnelly previously worked as a crime scene investigator. He has been serving the county since 2018.
Frank Finch has been promoted to lieutenant in West Region. Finch previously worked as a sergeant in West Region Property Crimes. He has been serving the county since 2000.
Bobby Goss has been promoted to lieutenant in Administration. Goss previously worked as a sergeant in Information Technology. He has been serving the county since 1999.
Deva Imel has been promoted to master deputy. Imel previously worked as a field training officer in patrol. She has been serving the county since 2022.
Cole Johnson has been promoted to Network Security Analyst. Johnson previously worked as PC LAN specialist III. He has been serving the county since 2019.
Matthew Kyzer has been promoted to sergeant in patrol. Kyzer previously worked as major crimes investigator. He has been serving the county since 2012.
Robby Lint has transferred to lieutenant in South Region. Lint previously worked as lieutenant in Narcotics. He has been serving the county since 2003.
Jacob Smith has transferred to investigator in Major Crimes. Smith previously worked as a master deputy in patrol. He has been serving the county since 2018.
Colby Tallman has been promoted to PC LAN specialist III. Tallman previously worked as PC LAN specialist II. He has been serving the county since 2022.
