LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.
Tony Biviano has been promoted to information services manager. Biviano previously worked as a PC LAN Specialist III. He has served the county since 2018.
Katrina Faulkner has been promoted to master deputy in detention. Faulkner previously worked as a field training officer in the detention center. She has served the county since 2018.
Philip Goeckel has been promoted to senior deputy on the K-9 unit. Goeckel previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Terry Hall has been promoted to law enforcement victim advocate. Hall previously worked as a school resource officer. He has served the county since 1998.
Rebecca Hilton has been promoted to administrative manager. Hilton previously worked as a human resources specialist. She has served the county since 2018.
Russell Jackson has been promoted to master deputy in detention. Jackson previously worked as a detention deputy. He has served the county since 2017.
Tanya Kinsland has been transferred to records tech. Kinsland previously worked as a bailiff. She has served the county since 2018.
Sawyer Mayfield has been transferred to deputy in court security. Mayfield previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Wendy Merritt has been promoted to master deputy in detention. Merritt previously worked as a field training officer in the detention center. She has served the county since 2018.
Jeff Miller has been promoted to sergeant in patrol. Miller previously worked as a property crimes investigator. He has served the county since 2013.
James Murphy has been promoted to master deputy in detention. Murphy previously worked as a field training officer in the detention center. She has served the county since 2017.
Gaven Small has been promoted to master deputy in patrol. Small previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2018.
Frederick Smith has been promoted to master deputy in detention. Smith previously worked as a detention deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
