LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County Sherriff Jay Koon is pleased to announce the following promotions and transfers.
Jonathan Brock has been promoted to lieutenant in Operations. Brock previously worked as a patrol sergeant. He has served the county since 2012.
Paula Hare has been promoted to lieutenant in the Lexington County Detention Center. Hare previously worked as a detention sergeant. She has served the county since 2004.
Monsurat Lawal-Agoro has been promoted to lieutenant in the Lexington County Detention Center. Lawal-Agoro previously worked as a master correctional officer. She has served the county since 2017.
Kaaren Miller has been transferred to resident deputy in Irmo. Miller previously worked as a property crimes investigator. She has served the county since 2015.
Alex Mountzouros has been transferred to sergeant of the Fugitive Task Force. Mountzouros previously worked as a patrol sergeant. He has served the county since 2011.
Gabe Mulkey has been promoted to resident deputy in Dixiana. Mulkey previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Alex Nguyen has been transferred to warrant deputy. He previously worked as a patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2020.
Aiken Still has been promoted to sergeant in Patrol. He previously worked as a master deputy in Patrol. He has served the county since 2017.
Ormica Thomas has been promoted to sergeant in the Lexington County Detention Center. Thomas previously worked as a master correctional officer. She has served the county since 2014.
Christopher Threatt has been promoted to investigator in Narcotics. Threatt previously worked as patrol deputy. He has served the county since 2019.
Guy Triano has been transferred to code enforcement. Triano previously worked as a school resource officer. He has served the county since 2000.
Christina West has been promoted to information and records systems administrator. West previously worked as the agency’s information technology manager. She has served the county since 2009.
