A Little Mountain man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that left two men dead early Sunday morning.
Joseph Elijah Mills, 25, is charged with two counts of murder for fatally shooting two men with a handgun while at a Lake Murray nightspot on the outskirts of Chapin near the Newberry County line, according to arrest warrants.
“The suspect was arrested without incident at a Chapin residence Sunday afternoon,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said.
The victims have been identified by Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher as 40-year-old Charles Allen Judge Jr. and 29-year-old Jonathan Michael Prins.
