Lexington County deputies are investigating an early morning homicide in the 2000 block of Old Dunbar Road.
Shots were fired inside City Nightz bar shortly after the establishment’s 2 a.m. closing time, according to investigators.
“We don’t know how many men went inside the bar or what they were doing there after closing time,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “Based on the evidence we’ve collected, we know gunshots were exchanged and someone who was still inside the bar was shot to death.”
