LEXINGTON, S.C. – Lexington County narcotics agents arrested two people and seized a large quantity of meth, marijuana, cash and guns after executing a search warrant at a Leesville home.
Arromus Abney, 33, is charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, according to arrest warrants.
Miranda Lloyd, 26, is charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, receiving stolen goods and unlawfully place child at risk of or cause harm, according to arrest warrants.
“Lexington County narcotics agents conducted controlled purchases of meth from both Abney and Lloyd, which gave the agents probable cause for a search warrant of the residence,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon stated. “Agents executed the search warrant and seized more than six pounds of marijuana, eight grams of meth, 10 firearms, drug distribution equipment and more than $12,000 in cash.”
One of the firearms found at the home was reported stolen out of Lexington County, according to Koon.
Abney and Lloyd have been released from the Lexington County Detention Center after meeting conditions of their bond.
