LEXINGTON, S.C. – A West Columbia man was arrested on multiple drug charges after the Lexington County Narcotics Enforcement team found drug-making materials and pills inside his home.
Shawn Lashiek Thompson, 39, is charged with two counts of manufacture and distribution of cocaine base, trafficking cocaine base and trafficking fentanyl, according to arrest warrants.
“Agents executed a search warrant at a home in West Columbia for a man with an outstanding arrest warrant for distribution of cocaine,” Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon said. “Inside the home, agents found 56 grams of pills containing fentanyl, 37 grams of cocaine base, four grams of cocaine and materials used for the manufacturing of cocaine.”
Thompson was arrested on June 26 at his home on Allendale Dr. He is being held in the Lexington County Detention Center.
